Scott Wolniak’s cut-paper work on the HPAC glass facade, “Drawing with Outer Space,” beckons viewers to appreciate the facade view in a new way, as light beams trickle in through the dark construction to form intricate shadow patterns, and the small cut-outs create interesting new frames by which to witness the outside neighborhood. Created from a digital photograph of the facade view itself, the work brings the exterior view into the interior in a truly unique way. “Drawing with Outer Space” is visible from both inside and outside the HPAC building… For a most fulfilling experience, please come see both the inner and outer space views!
