What's going on at the Art Center? and a quick Thank you!

It’s been an action packed week at the Hyde Park Art Center. Between a TalkingPoint discussion with Lorraine Peltz, an event with the University of Chicago, and our best ever TEART, things have been going non-stop. And we’ve still got Cocktails and Clay tonight! Keep an eye out for our TEART recap, and here’s a couple shots of the fun you could be having here at HPAC (that is if you’re taking Jessi Walsh’s Knitting Class on Saturdays)

As Blake Bradford might say, “Very Metal”

Friends!

Also, we’d like to thank Dan Peterman and Experimental Station for hosting our Staff and Board retreat this past Saturday. Our board and staff sat down for a full day discussion on diversity and inclusion, and why these topics are important to the Hyde Park Art Center and its mission. The Art Center is looking ahead to how it can better serve all of its audiences, and this was a step towards making it happen.
