BJ Waller is HPAC’s Senior Administrator who’s friendly face you’ll see as you walk past the front desk. In 2005, after spending thirty years working in marketing and sales, BJ decided to take a year off to find a new path to follow. She pursued her love of painting and also started volunteering at HPAC in 2006. As the Art Center was getting ready to move to it’s current location, the position of Senior Administrator became available and BJ applied and got the job.

BJ is not only in charge of greeting people as they walk into the building, she also takes care of registration and paying the bills to name a few. Her favorite part about working at the Art Center is the people; both the staff and the visitors. She loves that all of the staff work so hard and she enjoys talking with people and getting them excited about HPAC. Two of the artists that have inspired her recently are David Lozano and Chuck Walker who have and have had pieces displayed in HPAC galleries.
