CUL is a location-specific library of independent works from the area. CUL coordinator Nell Taylor presents items from the collection to illustrate the reasoning behind the CUL’s atypical, highly detailed (and unscientifically approved) approach to indexing a community’s creativity and the impact that access to unfiltered data can have on how we remember.
