What comes first… the party or the menu?
It’s a question even the most casual party planner has asked themselves. And usually not a question that gets answered until your standing in front of the frozen foods case pulling your hair trying to decide between mini quiches or chicken wings.
Experienced event planner and caterer Carol Yohanan, will be sharing her secrets on how to pull off the perfect party menu. She’ll bring some tools and suggestions for inspiring your party menu. Carol will also discuss color, texture in a menu and on a plate and cocktails that enhance the menu and make the party a success. A few small bites and sips included.
