On the 3rd Thursday of every month at 7pm all current HPAC staff and students are encouraged and welcome to join artist Darrell Roberts for one of his favorite cheap eats in Chicago for food and discussion.
This month we join Darrell at Al-Amira, 3200 W. Lawrence Ave, for an eclectic Middle Eastern meal and an even more eclectic conversation. Darrell will be having the #4 Iraqi with lentil soup and salad, a coke (regular, not diet) and will then partake in the free hot tea after the meal. Darrell says “I could eat there once a week. It never gets old and i have never ordered anything else.”
