Seance. V.10: Candles for January is presented in conjunction with the current exhibition A Study in Midwestern Appropriation on view until January 12, 2014.  The event will take place in Gallery 4 inside the exhibition. Please arrive promptly to experience the event.

Candles for January is seance/"performance"/ spirit appropriation/General Transmigration open to the public and created by exhibiting artist, Zachary Cahill.  Why?  "because we (you and I) choose not to privilege the natural at the expense of the supernatural; because winter is and always will be; because light calls to us all in the new year" (Z.C).
