Hyde Park Art Center is pleased to announce the opening of Passages, a group exhibition of art created by students from Canter Middle School during a yearlong arts education program provided by the Art Center.
Oli Watt is the unsung hero of appropriation. Store receipts, Ace Hardware bags, playing cards, Old Style boxes, or No Parking signs, - everything is fair game for artist Oli Watt to draw from in his print work.

The Beast is an architectural intervention and companion public program that raises questions about the use and social value of public space. The project will be developed and completed during John Preus’ residency at the Art Center from September 2013 until August 2014.
