The Art Center is finally in its new home at 5020 S. Cornell Avenue. The new building has tripled the Center’s size and is helping the Center transition into a new kind of creative institution — a place that stimulates creativity at all levels. We’re always looking for enthusiastic and reliable volunteers to help with special events and with the many daily tasks in the galleries and office.

Celebrate your birthday with the Hyde Park Art Center! Let HPAC host your party for children ages 3 and up. For up to 15 children, we can plan fun and exciting art activities led by an HPAC Teaching Artist. Activities include puppet-making, ceramics, painting and drawing, and more!
