Earlier this year, the Kresge Foundation challenged the Art Center to complete its $5 million Capital Campaign by June 30, 2005 with a prestigous $250,000 challenge grant. In order to receive the funds, we had to raise an additional $400,000 ourselves towards our Campaign (to finish it off) by the challenge deadline. We officially met and surpassed our goal in June and now have almost 400 Campaign donors - thanks to everyone who helped us meet the challenge!
