Every student has a story. Now is the time to tell yours.
The Hyde Park Art Center is holding a contest to find one student to write for our 4833rph blog. One lucky winner will represent the School and Studio on the Art Center’s blog throughout the last five weeks of the summer session (July 25-September 5). Tell your story and share your experience in the classroom, development as an artist, and or just you thoughts and insights about things you learned in class.
Interested?
Submit your blog today! To enter, write a sample blog post, no more than 500 words, and send it in. Posts can be on any topic. Here are some suggestions:
• What are some art projects you are currently working on?
• What is your goal for the summer?
• Where you see yourself as an artist?
• What made you decide to take classes at the Art Center?
• How do you define your artistic practice?
Submissions are due Monday, July 12 by 5pm. You can email submissions to cpernell[at]hydeparkart.org
