In this course, you will learn the fundamentals of acrylic painting. Students will learn the properties of paint and the mediums, the properties of color, color mixing, form and brush strokes. Composition, line, shape, value ranges and focal pints will be discussed. We will be painting from observations; still life and figure, learning not just how to represent, but how to express. This class is appropriate for beginning as well as more advanced painters.
