This multi-level class is an in-depth study of the human figure, stressing an understanding of anatomy, proportion, and tonal value. Individual instruction encourages students of all levels to explore expression through drawing techniques. Students will learn how to capture the energy of a gesture, the expression on a face, proportions of the body, and bone structure. This class is ideal for beginning students and students who wish to further develop their figure drawing skills. Please bring a newsprint pad and a drawing pencil to the first class.
