Thursdays: 6:30 - 9:00 pm
This class adapts traditional painting techniques, used for centuries to paint the figure, to the easy-to-use and convenient medium of acrylic paint. Approaches covered will include direct painting (alla prima) as well as under-painting and glazing. Students will be taught to use both traditional and modern palettes to mix a variety of skin tones. A materials list will be provided on the first day.
