Watercolor demands simplicity- which is a skill of infinite sophistication! While covering issues such as composition, contrast, texture, and brushwork, this course will strive to develop student’s ability to keep colors bright and transparent. We will use photos, still life, landscape (when possible) and one session with a live model. Instruction individually tailored for the beginning and intermediate student. Bring watercolors, brushes, and watercolor pad to the first class.
