This course is a continuation of beginning photography offering students the opportunity to explore various techniques in shooting, processing, and printing. Assignments will focus on lighting, composition, tone, and style, and students will work on projects from portraiture and landscape to documentary and abstract image making. A focus is placed on darkroom processes and printing techniques.

Which class level is right for you?
Level II is for those with a demonstrated knowledge of a manual camera and its functions, as well as experience with shooting techniques. Prior experience in darkroom required—both processing and printing.
