Yarn, thread, beads.. come play with these materials to create original jewelry, accessories, and just plain art. Students will learn to weave a tapestry with a beaded warp that can be made into a pendant necklace or other ornament. Students will be encouraged to design their own pieces using a variety of fibers and other materials (beads, plumbing, etc) and skills. A selection of alternative materials and tools will be provided, however feel free to bring your stash to class.
