Create a new book cover for your favorite fairy tales. Students will experiment and explore drawing tools and water color pencils to create their own book cover for one of their favorite children’s story or fairy tale. Students will learn how to turn an idea into an image, while practicing drawing/painting techniques and color application. Combining text (stencils) and image, students will learn how to represent a story through illustration.
