Gül’s practice utilizes a range of media including photography, video, and sculptural installation. Meanwhile, Chicago-based Jeremiah Hulsebos-Spofford will be working in the Art Center studio for a yearlong residency as he creates a new series of work to be shown in a solo exhibition entitled “Hall of Khan,” which will be on view during spring and summer of 2013.
During open studio hours, the public is invited to learn about the artists’ process and practice and viewing works-in-progress. This event is in conjunction with Chicago Artists Month.
