Second Sunday

March 10, 2013 @ 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Join us for free art making activities for the whole family. Details to come!

Artist Tom Torluemke will be leading workshops connected to ideas and techniques he used in making the murals and sculptures in his current Art Center exhibition Fearsome Fable – Tolerable Truth.

Now and Then, Big and Small, Before and After

Led by artist Tom Torluemke, young artists and their families are invited to illustrate such Simple thoughts as: a tree in fall and a tree in winter; the child as they are now and wht they hope to be when they grow up; a full glass of milk and an empty glass of milk.

Artist Aurora Tabar – Accordian Books –

For this all-ages project, young artists and their families will use various paper and book binding supplies to create an original accordian book.  Books might evolve into comics, cookbooks, or nature sketchbooks.  The possibilities are endless!
