Join Hyde Park Art Center and Green Lantern Press to celebrate artist Jen Delos Reyes’ summer residency and the release of Service Media, a recent publication by the Chicago-based press. Service Media features essays by Jen, Exhibitions Director Allison Peters Quinn, and several other noted thinkers in the field of social practice.

From 7 – 8pm, Jen and collaborator Ariana Jacobs will lead a public session of SPEED IDEATING around content from Service Media. SPEED IDEATING takes the same format as speed dating but with a different goal: instead of determining romantic compatibility, short, directed conversations aim to expand participants’ networks and spark new ideas.
