Making Math Fun: Family Games & Activities Join Teaching Artists Mary Tepper and Katie Romans in free family art making activities

Working with Mary Tepper, participants will construct 3- dimensional holiday pop-up cards. Each card will be original and have an element of surprise and be cherished by the participant.

“Be inspired by current artwork and in the art center and your own imagination and join teaching artist Katie Romans to create colorful works of art. Using tape, paints and found-object stamps participants will create an original mixed-media masterpiece.”

Come join us for math play at the Hyde Park Art Center.
You’ll make shapes and patterns, look for similarities and differences, and play with mathematical ideas in a hands-on way! Activities are designed for participants of all ages. Everyone is welcome!
