Instructor Brook Rosini will guide participants through 60 minutes of unheated power vinyasa yoga, a highly athletic form of flow designed to increase strength and flexibility, focus the mind, and connect practitioners to their inner power. You’ll be sure to work up a sweat, so dress for movement and remember to bring your own mat, water, and towel. Yogini Brook Rosini and Megha Ralapati lead moving and mental meditation for the community.
Brook Rosini received her 200-hour power vinyasa certification through CorePower Yoga, a member of the Yoga Alliance. She embraces each moment of teaching as a chance to create an honest and unifying environment that will challenge her students while encouraging them on their yoga journey. You will often find Brook on her mat at CorePower’s South Loop and Hyde Park studios, where she also teaches. Join her for C1: Intro to Power Yoga at the South Loop studio every Saturday at 4.30 pm, and for C2 classes at the Hyde Park studio.
Participants should bring a towel, mat, water and dressed for movement.
