Culinary Pro Eric May of Roots & Culture will demonstrate the art of making and brining Kimchi, a traditional Korean delicacy in which the fermenting process is as enticing as the finished dish. Don’t forget to come back on Saturday, May 16th to eat the Kimchi in pancake form!
